Over the past seven years NWI has been helping this wonderful young man navigate through a difficult life of health problems and critical medical needs. He is a paraplegic which calls for medical maintenance costs that totals to about $250 per month.

Miguel, who is 25 years old, is extremely bright, a talented artist, and keeps up an amazing positive attitude. He wants very much to live and help support himself.
